We are open!

The Green opened on Good Friday in beautiful sunshine. The Green was in such good condition thanks to all the work by our Green Ranger, Charlie Munden, and his team. However due to the wet weather earlier in the week it was still tender and we used the protective mats.

We now look forward to more sunshine and another good season playing.

After a morning of round-robin games last year’s winner, Phil Whyte, played against Terry Harvey and last year’s runner up, John Coxon, played against Jan Glasspool in the semi final, resulting in a repeat of last year’s final, with John Coxon the winner.
